Payment is required at the time services are provided. If you have specific concerns or require special arrangements regarding payment, please inform our receptionist prior to your appointment.

We strive to make payment convenient by accepting the following options:

  • CareCredit

  • All Pet Card

Appointment Cancellations & No-Show Policy

To better serve all our clients and their pets, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet's appointment.

  • Timely Notice: This allows us to accommodate other pets in need of care.

  • No-Show and Late Cancellations: Failing to show up for an appointment or not providing adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, as it affects our ability to serve other patients.
